Just a quick question, since this is an older post: Is this information still valid or does anything need to be changed for newer versions of MySQL? Sorry if that's a stupid question, as I'm pretty new to this.

Hi -

I'm trying to get this to work on my system as well .. I've tried a number of .lua scripts, but I can't get logging to occur in any case, even yours .. I'm at my wit's end on this thing. I can connect to the proxy just fine, and issue normal SQL commands, get results back, etc ... but in no case is a log of the queries ever recorded.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your article!
